We have been Fishing the flats of Chetumal Bay for more than 10 years.  Our local experienced  guides will take you on a 15 minute boat ride through the mangrove edged Bacalar Chico River on the border of Belize and Mexico. The River opens into the 60 mile by 40 mile wide Chetumal Bay. We have numerous flats to explore. Picture a pristine white sandy flat, Bonefish at 10 o’clock, less than 30 feet away, you cast, you strip, he strikes, you set the hook, then comes the whiz of your line as he swims out of view at 30 mph, the fight is on.

           

Novice or Pro alike can enjoy Fly Fishing year-round in Chetumal Bay for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, Jacks, Snapper, Barracuda, Snook, and more.

        The Price; for our Fly Fishing Day Trip is  US$250.00 per person based on 2 fishermen sharing one boat, or US$400.00 for single fisherman not sharing a boat. 

Day Trip includes;  Transportation to our Resort from the Costa Maya Cruise Ship Port,
4 Hours on the Water Fishing with an Experienced and helpful local Boat Guide, Lunch and Drinks, Equipment (two light spin rods, and two fly fishing #8wt rods ), Xcalak Marine Park Fees, Fishing License, and Return trip Transportation to the Port.
